The challenge

JA Consulting SRL has spent over a decade managing tax obligations with the DGII for businesses in the Dominican Republic. The problem was digital credibility: a firm with more than 100 active clients, founded in 2015, had no web presence reflecting that track record.

The challenge was to build a site that would serve as the first point of contact for prospects looking for an accountant or tax advisor in Santo Domingo. In that market, trust is everything — the site had to communicate seriousness, experience, and approachability without feeling generic or corporate to the point of being cold.

Design approach

A clean, corporate design was chosen with professional financial-context photography. The sober color palette — corporate blues and neutral backgrounds — reinforces the perception of a serious firm. The tagline "Your business, in fiscal order and without surprises" addresses the target client's main pain point: fear of DGII fines.

The site structure follows a prospect's natural journey: first they understand who the firm is (About), then what they do (Services), then they look for social proof (Clients and Blog), and finally they convert (Free consultation). The main CTA in the menu is "Free consultation" — a low-risk offer that lowers the barrier to contact.

What I learned

In B2B professional services in the Dominican Republic, the website doesn't generate direct conversions — it builds trust ahead of conversion. The prospect arrives at the site after a referral or a Google search, and uses the site to validate that the firm is real, serious, and competent. If it passes that validation, they call or write on WhatsApp.

That's why every element has to be oriented toward building credibility: the physical address in Piantini (a business district), the 100+ active clients, the blog with technical content, the corporate values. It's not about "selling" — it's about not raising doubts.
